Please review our returns and credit policy before proceeding.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The return has not been authorised by our team
  • The goods are not in resaleable condition
  • The goods have customer pricing, labels, or markings applied

Discretionary returns:

  • If goods were correctly supplied and are not faulty, returns may be accepted at our discretion
  • A handling fee of 10% of the invoice value may be applied

Return requirements:

  • A valid invoice number must be provided
  • Goods must be in original, undamaged packaging

Transport:

  • Returns sent via transport are at the sender’s cost
  • Unless the return is due to an error on our side

Important:

  • All returns must be authorised before sending any goods back
