Please review our returns and credit policy before proceeding.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- The return has not been authorised by our team
- The goods are not in resaleable condition
- The goods have customer pricing, labels, or markings applied
Discretionary returns:
- If goods were correctly supplied and are not faulty, returns may be accepted at our discretion
- A handling fee of 10% of the invoice value may be applied
Return requirements:
- A valid invoice number must be provided
- Goods must be in original, undamaged packaging
Transport:
- Returns sent via transport are at the sender’s cost
- Unless the return is due to an error on our side
Important:
- All returns must be authorised before sending any goods back
